I have been eating the Carba-Nada past for a few years when I started Weight Watchers to help reduce the carbs. I've enjoyed it to be as close to any other pasta.

Not low carn
I actually have not tried this yet. I am very disappointed at how high the carbs are. Based on the name,I had high hopes that I could enjoy pasta without the concern of spiking insulin. Even If I end up loving the flavor and texture, I'll still be concerned about the impacton my health.
