We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. However, certain items, including food products, are generally non-returnable due to health, safety, and quality control regulations.

- For non-food items, all tags and labels must remain intact.

Damages and Issues
It is your responsibility to inspect all items upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@aldentepasta.com.
- To facilitate the resolution, we may request photographs or other documentation of the issue.
- Approved claims will be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or refund, as deemed appropriate by us.
Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact us at customerservice@aldentepasta.com with your order details and reason for return.
- If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Important Information:
- Refunds may take additional time to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@aldentepasta.com.
Exchanges
For eligible items, the fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item as outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.
Exceptions for European Union Customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason. To qualify, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
