Ingredients
- 1 bag Carba-Nada Rigatoni
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tsp garlic cloves minced
- salt to taste
- 1 small white onion diced
Instructions

In a deep skillet, sauté the onions over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another minute, stirring.

Add the remaining ingredients to the skillet except the cheese and bring to a boil. Immediately drop to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until the pasta is cooked to your liking.

Stir in the Parmesan and serve. Enjoy!
