Rigatoni with Alfredo sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Carba-Nada Rigatoni
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp garlic cloves minced
  • salt to taste
  • 1 small white onion diced

Instructions

  • In a deep skillet, sauté the onions over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another minute, stirring.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to the skillet except the cheese and bring to a boil. Immediately drop to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until the pasta is cooked to your liking.
  • Stir in the Parmesan and serve. Enjoy!
