The Italian verb Pappare means "to gobble," and that is exactly what you'll be doing with our Pappardelle Pasta, the widest noodle we make. Served with ragu, stew, or chunky veggie sauce, it is simple perfection and cooks in just 5 minutes!
Add pasta to a pot of salted, boiling water. Test after 5 minutes. Drain; toss with butter, oil or sauce.
