I've been dancing the line between pre-diabetes and diabetes for a few years now and these have been a great addition to our meals. The texture and flavor are really good and the shape is fun and pretty. Adding plenty of protein and vegetables makes a satisfying dish that doesn't spike my blood sugar. Like this so much better than whole wheat pasta for most of our pasta dishes.
