Turkey Goulash

  • 8 oz Carba-Nada Fusilli
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup parmesan freshly grated
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 4 oz cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 2 1/2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Bring a pot of water to a boil to cook the pasta. When it comes to a boil, add pasta and salt to season the cooking water. Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
  • While water comes to a boil and the pasta is cooking, heat a deep skillet over medium heat. Add extra-virgin olive oil then butter. Add ground turkey and break it up as it cooks until brown. Add garlic, onions, cherry tomatoes and seasonings to the skillet. Bring to a boil and lower to a simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet for 1 minute. Adjust seasonings and serve. Garnish with fresh parsley and parmesan cheese.
