Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.
Shipping rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and assigned by UPS. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Continental USA addresses
We ship via UPS within the 48 states of the USA. We cannot ship to PO box addresses. We are not able to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico, but our pasta can be found in stores in those states.
How to get the best shipping rate
We do not charge handling, only the exact cost that UPS charges us.
We strongly suggest ordering in quantities of 6 bags, which is the size of one case. UPS charges the same to ship 6 bags as 5 bags, since they charge by volume.
Shipping to business addresses is less expensive than shipping to residential addresses.
Damages
Al Dente Pasta is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside the United States.
Incorrect shipping addresses
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by UPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.
