pasta with mushrooms, asparagus and boursin

- 1 bag Al Dente Pasta
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 5 1/2 oz Boursin Cheese, any flavor
- 1 lb asparagus, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- salt and pepper to taste
Sauté mushrooms in oil until well browned. Stir in broth and cheese and bring to simmer. In a large pot of boiling water, cook pasta and asparagus together, until pasta is tender but firm, approximately 4 minutes. Drain. Toss with sauce and salt to taste. Enjoy!
