pasta with arugula, sun dried tomatoes and feta
When I was looking for great 3 in 3 recipes to try with our new Bona Chia™ this classic came up. Would be perfect with any of our pastas, but can't wait to try it with our new flavors.

Ingredients
- 1 bag of Al Dente Pasta, any flavor
- jar sun dried tomatoes, already in slivers, packed in oil
- 1 package baby arugula, prewashed
- 6 oz. crumbled feta
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- sprinkle of toasted walnuts, garnish
Directions
Put a large pot of salted water on stove. While waiting for water to come to a boil, put sun dried tomatoes and olive oil in a large serving bowl. Cook pasta for 3 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup of the cooking water. Drain pasta and toss with sun dried tomatoes, arugula and a little of the hot cooking water. Sprinkle with the feta. Sprinkle with toasted walnuts as an optional garnish. Season with salt and pepper.
