famous curry pasta salad
This recipe has been in our repertoire since 1982, but it still is as contemporary as a pasta dish could be. Always a hit at a picnic or potluck.

Ingredients
- 12 oz. Al Dente™ Curry Fettuccine
- 2 cups cauliflower, parboiled for 3 minutes
- 10 oz. frozen peas, thawed and drained
- 1 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 1/3 cup raisins or currants
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup olive oil or vegetable oi
- 2 Tbsp. Mango Chutney
- 1 tsp. garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
Directions
Combine all dressing ingrediants, whisking until smooth. Cook pasta for 3 minutes and rinse with cold water. Toss pasta, dressing and all other ingrediants. Serve at room temperture.
