bonachia™ yakisoba
This recipe appears on one of our beautiful new recipe cards and features BonaChia™ Linguine. It's a delicious Asian style Vegan classic with an Al Dente Pasta® twist.
dennis’ veggie & chicken sausage ragu
This recipe is on the Garlic Herb Pappardelle package. In Italian, parpare means "to gobble" and that's what I predict you'll be doing with our new Pappardelle Pasta. Each super wide, delectable noodle is made to hold the robust flavor of a ragu, stew or chunky veggie sauce.
al dente® spicy peanut sesame noodles
Our good friends at Bona Sera Supper Club came up with this recipe and I just love the color combination of the pasta and the vegetables. The black sesame seed and ground peanut garnish is my new favorite.
al dente® papparadelle with rabbit in mustard cream sauce
My mom is French, so I grew up eating rabbit and I love it. But that’s not to say I cook it myself, so last night was a real treat. Tammy’s Pappardelle with Rabbit in Mustard Cream Sauce took me back so quickly to my Mom’s Lapin a la Moutarde, I could hardly stand it.

Rocco's Bolognese Sauce and Al Dente Garlic, Parsley Fettuccine-bring these two things if you ever get stuck on a desert island-I'll come with you! Cook: Alexis Avila-Al Dente pasta eater since 1980. Sous Chef: Sandy Avila-an Italian-American who knows Italian food.
beef stroganoff with pappardelle
Peace, love, and pasta. This is a great recipe you can make in a crockpot if you're busy working or shopping, or bake in the oven while you play a board game with your family. Try it and enjoy.
fruti di mare al dente
I’ve been on a fruti di mare kick for more than a month now. Just thinking about it makes me want black mussels, tiny sweet clams and big, barely cooked shrimp and a spicy red sauce, over pasta of course. Here’s the thing. I’m very impatient. Not a self-deprecation, it’s just the way it is. That means I don’t want to wait. So, while I cook faster than the average bear, I still want it nearly now. Okay, now. Lucky for me, shellfish loves hasty schedule, cooking to perfection within minutes. A good sauce takes a bit longer and pasta a whole 15 minutes, including bringing water to a boil. I came up with this expeditious recipe that uses some of my favorite prepared ingredients. I stop on my way home and buy fresh shellfish. I fill up a pot with cold water and start boiling. By the time my pasta is aldente, my fruit di mare is perfection and I’m whirling like a Dervish. Here’s my speedy recipe. by Annabel Cohen
super pasta bake
I made a super easy, super delicious do-ahead pasta dish. Since then I’ve made it many times, with just about all of our different flavors of pasta and it turns out great every time.
creamy fettucine with shrimp, sundried tomato and basil
This is a classic delicious combination of pasta, shrimp, basil, and sun-dried tomatoes. Great for the holiday season but also at any season of the year.
carmelized noodle kugel
Although there are countless recipes for kugel, this one, baked in a tube or Bundt pan, reminds me of a gooey stick bun.
Monique’s Creamy Cheese Dip
I have a lot of super simple recipes to feed a large crowd, but this one takes the cake. Everyone loves it. Use any flavor sauce like Monique's Marvelous Marinara, Outrageous Olive and Caper, Luscious Leek, Sundried Tomato, or Rustic Roasted Garlic.
pappardelle with mushrooms and sage
This recipe, has been contributed by a real professional, Kristin Cole. Not only did she test the recipe 3 times, but her writing is beautiful, her photos are spectacular and her instructions are detailed. For this reason, I have decided to not edit a thing. Despite her level of expertise, she is very much in tune with all of us who love delicious, seasonal, simplicity. With this kind of dish, who cares if it’s cold outside!
pasta with roasted cauliflower
Every now and then I like to take a recipe from a cookbook and adapt it to be used with Al Dente Pasta. I use Al Dente Whole Wheat Fettuccine especially so I can prove that nearly any pasta recipe works with Al Dente. As you all know, I love roasting cauliflower, so this recipe was right up my alley.
tangy pasta with shrimp and spinach
Recipe from our Lemon Chive Fettuccine bag. All of my kids have their designated favorite pasta dish named after them. Today, in celebration of my God Daughter’s graduation from Ferris State University, I would like to honor her by officially publishing Jenise’s Favorite!
sauce duguay
This recipe was created by a great friend and chef, Jay Duguay. It has always been one of our most requested recipes. The recipe is printed on our Three Peppercorn Fettuccine, but would be good with any flavor Al Dente®Pasta.
pasta marco polo (spicy sesame linguine)
This recipe, which has been on the back of the Spicy Sesame Linguine bag for a long time, is one of our most requested recipes.
chicken balsamic lasagna
This is a recipe adapted from Showcase magazine. It originally called for lasagna sheets, but I found it easier to make with fettuccine, or pappardelle, and just as delicious. I quadrupled the recipe for a fundraising dinner for 85 people and every person asked for the recipe. Great for a crowd!
chicken & asparagus with fiesta fettuccine
Recipe on our Fiesta Fettuccine and Spinach Linguine Bag. Many people say that Al Dente Pasta is the ultimate comfort food. An affordable luxury, simple yet sophisticated, amazing, home-made texture and good for you!
baked pasta with chicken and mushrooms
This pasta recipe is on the back of our Carba-Nada Egg Fettucine Noodles. It's raining and cold outside but, there was nothing but warmth in the air as we gathered around a casserole dish of this delicious baked pasta with chicken, mushrooms, and gruyere. Would also be great with leftover turkey. Just add a salad and some breadsticks and it's the perfect meal.
