I just purchased your “Garlic Herb Pappardelle Noodles” and I look forward to using them in my next dish. I found, however, that I was unfamilier with the ingrediants. Enriched Semolina Flour? Enriched Fancy Durum flour (Durum wheat)? Your package appears like it’s a healthy product. Where do these ingredients come from? USA I hope.

    Please reply a.s.a.p!
    Thank you,

    Michelle

Hi Michelle, Yes our flour is all fine, durum wheat, grown in the USA. Semolina and Durum are the best, most traditional, high-protein flours to make pasta. Enjoy
